T Nagar Head Post Office

One of the best post offices I have visited. Excellent service as compared to many other government offices and special mention has to be made about the parcel packing and booking facility. If we just take the items to be sent as parcel or as Speed Post, the packing counter packs it beautifully and then the booking procedure is simple and friendly. Only aspect missing is the acceptance of digital payments. They could have a card swipe machine or a UPI QR code at the counter.

VERY SLOW AND RUDE REPRESENTATIVES. Not considerate about someone's time. No one was available during office hours. Their token system doesn't work and they take extremely long to process anything. In this fast paced generation that we live in Post Offices like this will soon get extinct. Official were not ready to explain any question....
In social media it is been showing very nice experience....but in Reality's it's very worst

Very worst service. Staff will be talking over the phone and dnt care abt customer waiting in line. They just disrespect the customers. We should wait more than half hour to give a post. After so many bad reviews also they don't consider to improve service.

Much advertised national flag @ INR 25 was out of stock on this day 13th of August first half of the day, not sure what material was it made of. (Did a minor search on the internet it's Alpek of Mexico who are the world's leading polyester manufacturer though 😉) while the fancy shop just opposite it has stock of so called silk material @INR210 for slightly stitching defective piece 😂. Well end of the day, can't complain. It's an govt entity and it's serving the purpose of what it is established for. Remember it's the Head post office and all good things like Speed Post to normal posts and parcel services happen to take place efficiently here.

We walked in for aadhar service it was quick no tokens , staff was pretty professional , handling request with calm and speed

So happy. On knowing that we get parcel packing service, we decided to send some of our stuff by post rather than pay for excess baggage to the Airlines.
Excellent service by T nagar post office personnel including the outsourced packing service provider.

Senior citizens pls be careful of initiating any post office scheme in this branch, they are making senior citizen toil hard and deducting the hard earned money, making them run after them in old age,
