Service is not satisfactory. Worst service.Requested several times for digital updation of pension life certificate to the Post office but always giving false promise and not coming . Shocked to note there is always busy messg while trying to talk to postman.seems my phone number was blocked for sometime.

I had received a call to collect my parcel directly, because the delivery person has cycle. Though I understand his situation at the same time think about others if customer not even has cycle to collect this...

Horrible service. Very rude postmaster and his staff. Not at all helpful.
