The behaviour of the staff is very bad towards customers. Specially the man sitting on the SpeedPost counter. I am giving them regular orders then also that idiot is asking to open and show him the my parcels which needs so much efforts to be packed. They should have a scanning machine if they are so much interested to know about our personal stuff. Plus the way they behave as if they are doing some favour to us. The reason why india post in running in loss is only due to it’s employees. They harass they customers so nobody wants to go to them. I had regular orders but now I am not going due to this harrassment only.

It is main post office neat and clean.
Postal stamps sale,Postal savings, registered post, speed post and money transfer done here.
Office staffs are helpful and clear all our doubts.
Parking facility available...

Such a bad behavior towards customer... It seems customers should serve them... They don't have the attitude to serve customers.. Even a cctv camera is not installed... Please be careful of your custodies... The staffs there will never help you.. They don't even have good manners.
If someone reports them about the found money inside the campus, they won't publicly inform everyone through Mike/amplifiers to help the real owner to find it out.., instead they will never bother about and give to someone even without proper knowledge.... Don't know how these foolish people get into this job..
Their only motto is to close the office before the lunch time and to scold the customers... The higher authority should notice and take action...

When you walk on the road and you chappal strap tear off or your shoe's soal opens up, that's when you search for those helping hand. They are wating to repair your footware and earn there meagre earnings. Don't negotiate with them for the rate they demand. Just give them what they ask for or even more to fill their stomach and heart. It's a long wait they undergo now a days, because the concept of re-use is getting reduced. The next generation might not even care to stich a torn footware. All have become use and throw. Eventually they don't get their business and the community and skills will be disappeared. Respect them for their timely help at the time of our crisis. These street gods need to be worshipped not ignored. Just wanted to turn your eyes, it's not for anything else.

This post office is located opposite to Duraisamy road.I am using their services from 1984 onwards.It is very difficult to cross the junction and approach the postoffice similar to entry to Kiev city from Belarus. Some of the officers are good. There is no proper display of services offered at various counters. Only few printed small font size A4 sheets and torn off by Brahman missile. Every time I have to search the PPF, SB banking and NSC services. TIMINGS OF various transactions not displayed infront of the counters or any other places. One instant is that I made visit on 6-2-2022 ,3.05 PM reported to lady officer in middle counter for PPF payment,but she declined that time was over. No more dialogues. In the same counter ,previously a lady officer politely helped by providing details and forms. Only because that,I awarded 3 stars. Also,I don't know the timings. No more harsh comments. Hence my complaint is against highest office for no framework to provide better services and transparency policy to perform duties by employees. No auditing and checking by Post master General or other level authorities. Even in state Government offices ,all necessary boards are in place and responding nowadays. I think 🤔 people are planning to lay foundation for privatization in this sector also. Finaly I have to mention help and good services rendered by individual officers in this particular office and all officers in RS puram Coimbatore HPO and Sub postmaster SAHS college Coimbatore-43.Only certain percentage of good officers in Post offices, India 🇮🇳 post surviving.

The behaviour of the post office Vadapalani employees are really rude. They do not talk properly and treat customers which is not acceptable.

Their way of communication is really hurting and the they use toxic words while arguing. They dont have respect for elders too.

This is really bad to know this is how customers are handled by govt employees.
