KANNUR HEAD POST OFFICE

I have to bring to your notice absolute lack of service in your branch. today i visit your payments bank for an account opening at 11 am (working time) counter number 5 is empty & i requested to counter number 4, they behaved very badly. they are not responding.. i rejected my plan for account opening

very poor customer service. i made a speed post on 11-DEC 2019 till today online tracking is not updated in website. i don know whether my article is received or not. the phone number given in google is also not working

The officer seated at 1st counter was behaving in a indecent manner....he was asking personal details which was not relevant. I went there with my mother to enquire about pension. But that officer was inquiring about personal details about me which was not relevant. Also everything can be solved by saying just contact the postman instead that officer purposely asked private question and harrased us.

Very bad service. I didn't get my speed post parcel.its over one month. I complained but no reply.

This is the worst post office ever all they had to do was ship my speed post to a nearby post office about 20mts from there and seriously even after 6hrs it hasn't been reached there.. Don't know what people over there are doing, why do they even work over there if they can't do thier job.. Worst experiance ever

Very poor service.No daily clearance. Most of the post office clearance have weekly twice or thrice.Speed
posts are delaying indefinitely due to this.To whom people will make complaints?

Service to be improved . Atm which is nearby just works not in time. Service can be much more customer friendly. Premises can be maintained lil bit better. Parking is ok. Location easily can be located. Ok with services..

Very good service and I visited for my mobile number change in Aadhar. The process was so smooth and did everything in 10-15 mins. Happy with the office staffs.
