Worst service and worst staff attitude.
Case 1.first tried to close RD via agent and it was declined due to alleged signature mismatch. Went to close RD with all required KYC documents. First day, they didn't even listen to my words citing power failure and was not even ready to accept SB account opening form. Again when I went, they said they didn't knew customer personally and couldn't close it. I should only come on the days agent is present. It was not possible as I got leave only on saturday. Upon informing a known personnel in postal dept to confirm my identity, they started accusing me of using "influence" and made several accusations. Ultimately after 2hrs of waiting it got closed and i was told to take money from somewhere else.

2. When i went to take cash from another post office after few days, they informed that my scanned signature was not clear. So i should tell them to scan it again.

3. Due to my previous bad experience, i informed RD agent not to open the new RD of my wife before 27th june 2020, but it was opened on 30july 2020 against our telephonic instruction. When i went to close it i was informed that we cannot do it before the tenure of 3years.
They told "they cannot give it in writing for each and every people, if u want search in net".

This kind of language and assault is not good for a central govt dept.
