Ernakulam head Post office which is bigger building with almost all the facilities available. Very dedicated and helping staffs.

pathetic service. Lost my car Rc and took no responsibility of the same and said cant do anything as its lost.

Service is ok but the officials lie and trick customers into giving Aadhar details when legally other ID s are enough.

Speed post office open from 7:30AM to 7:30 PM. If going from morning 9 to evening 5 the courier will be available on floor number 1 and other time it will be available floor number 3. There are two counters for courier which make it easier and faster

Only post office in Ernakulam which can send parcels after 2pm.

Ernakulam RMS speed post service was shifted from South Junction Railway Station to Ernakulam HO near General hospital on 4th May 2022. Speed post facility is also available at night from 19:30 to 07:30 hours on all days including Sundays. Night facility is on the third floor of the building. Staff is cordial and customer friendly.
