India Post RMV 2nd Stage

Most of the time, their server is down. No online facilities. I was not aware of these issues when I started my 5 year rd account. Waste of time and hopeless service.

Wrost customer support .....the authorities don't take the work seriously and more over if we ask phone number ...they provided the number which is not in working condition

No proper attention and very rude staff.
Too much Attitude and worst ppl in the office, for a small request they won't help and insist us to come in the time of particular person working hours.

People they are too lazy to do their works. They are not helpful. I have a RD account in this post office. Ecerymonth they are not responding and also they will scream on people's without reason. Worst peoples

Got my aadhar update today that person who was incharge was kind and helped get my work done even though i was late.
Sometimes when there are too many ppl there behaviour will be rude but if u have patience ur work will be done.

Went to get adhaar enrollment and process got over in 10min

They are not helpful.

They dnt handle the packages well.. I run a small resin art and craft business and more than 5 items were damaged while in transit.. I tried to raise complaints several times via their website but the website is always down, never functional..one of my items never reached a client it went missing on the way. The staff members dnt behave well with you if you dnt speak to them in kannada.

Overall very dissatisfied.. Just coz it's government run they dnt care abt their customer at all

People there are too lazy to do their work. Also they take the consignment , either speed post or registered they will never process on time . Speed post tracking status will show ITEM BOOKED for two days and more .
