New Thippasandra Post Office

Strategically located at the near end of New Thippasandra road.

Good 2 wheeler parking space
4 wheeler folks have to park outside the PO premises but you do find ample parking.

This post office is no stranger to typical Indian post offices, server down or slow as always, long queue cos of closure or merger of 2 counters. But have to say staff is way better and courteous than other post offices hence the 4 stars.

Application forms no need to stand in queue, just barge in and ask for the relevant forms, people in queue and staff will be obligated to you're request.

This PO offers most of the operations and offerings provided by Indian Posts.

Horrible staff... They take more than 2 hours for every small work.. there are people waiting for 2hours standing in the queue.. I have no idea why these staffs keep moving here and there instead of helping the elder people standing for soo long.. they take 20mins max for each person.. it's soo frustrating and annoying... I have no idea how these staff were recruited... Please take some action..

Visit this post office only if you have all the time in the world. Out of 3 counters , 1 will always be closed. counter 3 is dedicated only for speed post, bescom bills etc. Lady at counter 1 will take minimum 15-20 minutes per person. Went to get passbooks updated and looked like I had to wait for atleast 1-1.5 hours. Better to close account and move your money elsewhere. Definitely not worth wasting your time!

I've been to other Post Offices in Bangalore, however, this one is a class apart. First of all there were mosquitoes flying around during the wait. Then when you ask an enquiry the person behind the counter gives rude answers and makes remarks about the place being a post office rather than a private courier company. Though the service I was enquiring about is part of the postal services.

I normally utilise the IPO services since it's more trust worthy however the attitude of the staff this time was irritable and unprofessional.

It is safe to see this especially with no crowd around. It was as if they really didn't want to service civilians.

I tried sharing this feedback with one Mr. Sreenivas Rao, hopefully it is heard and acted upon.

For 10 min work they ask us to come again and again and they will tell many reasons .

The posted letters do not reach me at cauvery layout particularly from iskon, will the post master kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I'm very great full to vishwa poornima yoga center... After joining here I feel very Happy .. my mind is totally relaxed.. Guidence of teachers are very good.. each & every Teachers are putting they efforts on students & guiding very good... It is the best ever center for all ur Happiness.. stress relief... Health cure... I'm happy because I have choosen a best one...

My parents holding term deposits here, to renew or to close the a/c it takes more than 2hr and crowded and lazy staff they take there own time. Just 10min work in Bank it takes 2 hrs I'm post office.
