PhysioRehab Malad

Iam Ludovica, A Kindergarten teacher by profession. While I was playing with kids, I hurt my arm somewhere and was in acute pain, couldn't lift nor move my arm, the MRI report revealed there was a muscle tear; with the advice of my orthopedic, Dr Akhil Tawari, I joined the physiphysiorehab at Malad.
The physiotherapeutic techniqus by skilled therapist Dr Vrushali, I am so much better, my pain is almost gone, I can move and sleep on my arm, which I couldn't for almost a month.
I thank God for this centre with friendly, encouraging and positive mindset staff.

Was great to be taken care by Physio Rehab. Right from the day1 i felt like I was in safe hands. Dr Shiny & Dr Vrushali made me understand the problem and the treatment they will be giving. Aymaan’s was attended to by Dr.Jinal and her technical competence was evident right from the start. Her sessions and gu has been invaluable and of the highest standard. I have benefitted a lot from the physio therapy done by Nishi from Physio Rehab Malad. I’m 72 years old and I have osteoarthritis (age related arthritis). Prior to visiting Physio Rehab it had become very difficult for me to walk. There used to be constant pain in my right knee which used to become much worse when I would walk. The doctor suggested physio therapy so I went to Physio Rehab Malad for a few months. Nishi was my physio-therapist. In just 3 to 4 months she was able to get me to a stage where I can walk again without any discomfort. The pain is also not there. She worked on strengthening my leg muscles. I can’t thank her enough for what she has been able to do for me. She is sincere, hardworking and cares for her patients. I would strongly recommend Nishi to anyone seeking physiotherapy.

I came to physiorehab Malad with a severe pain in my left hand/shoulder in March. My left hand movment was restricted upwards and sideways to 40 degree. I was attended by a physio consultant Dr Vrushali who calmly asked me detailed background on pain and we started to do exercise. Her dedication and followup to get my shoulder/hand movement back was on track and after 7 months am now able to get all my movements back. Learned the perfect ways and method to do exercise. Whole team is good and cooperative. The timings scheduled was ensured was adhered.

Big thanks to Dr.Shiny and Dr.Vrushali. Have been suffering from severe backache for the past three years. Dr.Shiny in the very first appointment thoroughly diagnosed and helped me understand the problem. After every session with Dr.Vrushali started feeling better. Hats off to the whole team of physiorehab for helping us live a pain-free life.

Dr. Vrushali is very professional post one of the sessions had some pain, soreness which was expected in a good way, later that day she personally called and checked on the pain, have never experienced this kind of personal care and attention.
