I am a Army veteran (Colonel) from the Indian Army. Three months ago I had excruciating pain in my left shoulder. I met Dr. Anchal at Zen Physio. I under went 10 physiotherapy sessions with her and her team.
My shoulder was almost back to normal after the sessions. I was fit again so much so that I went for scuba diving in Maldives!

I had a persistent lower back pain which got better within 2-3 sessions. I had a great experience with Dr. Anchal and Dr. Niyati who managed to treat the pain within 10-12 days. Apart from this, the place is kept very clean and is frequently sanitized. I would recommend Zen Physio to anyone who is looking for a physiotherapy centre in Nashik.

Amazing! Their facility and service are clean and sophisticated. They treat with proper inspection of each and every body part with carefully constructed exercises.
I had fallen twice on my back in the past 3 months. I visited their clinic after about 20 sessions at Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai. The doctors here are way better in monitoring posture correction. The treatment here has reduced my pain drastically in just 12 sessions.

The doctors at Zen Physio are very friendly, caring and . They make you feel at home. It is well equipped with state of the art infrastructure. My husband has had a very fruitful physiotherapy session with them and it has worked wonders. He entered the clinic with a walking stick, and after about 25 sessions he is now walking confidently on his own.
