Physio Play

Hello, I wish to share my experience at physio play with Dr. Akshay.

Due to road accident I had fractured my left elbow (in medical terms distal humerus fracture) and went through ORIF (open reduction and internal fixation) surgery at Ashoka Hospital. After removal of cast(plaster)in approx 1.5 months, as per advice of surgeon I have started physiotherapy.

For physiotherapy I have visited Dr. Akshay sir at physio play and I would say after 2 months regular session at physio play my left hand movement is quite free and I have attended almost full range of motion. There is hardly 2-3℅ stiffness in extension and 3-4 ℅ in flexion.Now, I am able to do my day to day work without any hindrance all credit goes to Dr. Akshay.All in all I can say that he is very knowledgeable, professional, attentive therapist at the same time very friendly and interactive.

So, I would definitely recommend Physio Play for best results.

Due to a fatal road accident, I had a completely broken elbow joint. After a surgery, I got artificial radial head which left my arm with a 80% stiffness (means I can't fold or stretch my arms.. only one position as shown in pic).

With almost a month & half sessions at Physio Play, my Arm is fully functional by now with just 5-10% stiffness. Akshay is genuine and keeps on updating himself. The best part was that I never really got bored of the same exercises again & again. Just when I was about to get bored, he would introduce new set of exercises and got rid of the old ones. I would definitely recommend Dr. Prajakta for all the patients recovering through Covid.
