Dr.Seshan's Stimulus Physiotherapy & Fitness Clinic

I have a history of lower back issues since the last 15 years almost bordering slip disc. Once in 6-8 months there is an episode where the pain becomes unbearable and I had to resort to the usual IFT/ UWD treatment. However they only gave me temporary relief and they would come back to haunt me in a few weeks/months.

It was after one such episode in Sep 2021 that I consulted Dr. Venkat Seshan. His diagnosis/treatment was completely different and he observed that my core muscles were weak and hence the recurring issues. He made me go through different routine of exercises focusing on core, lower back and legs. This has worked wonders for me. Now am able to do my regular 5K runs, cycling and able to carry my heavy photography gear in difficult terrains without worrying about my back. In fact he has also treated my daughter when she had a surgery on her knee and got her on her feet soon. Thank you Dr. Venkat Seshan for all your help.

Dr. Seshan was god in the form of human for my father.
My father (72) was having Cervical Spine compression (C2). He was losing balance even with the help of walker and was not able to hold spoon for eating.
After contacting few physiotherapists who took our case casually with stupid suggestions to bring patient to their clinic etc, contacting Dr. Seshan ended our worries. He listened to us and came to visit my father, in first visit only, went through all the reports and discussed case with us in detail.
Within 1 month of treatment my father's health improved to the level he became independent for his own tasks and within 2-3 months he was able to climb up and then go down 54 stairs of my building.
Due to Dr. Seshan's excellent treatment my father had happy last few months of his life.
What I like about him is, he gives time to understand psyche of patient. His communications skills in improving confidence of patient are as good as his medical skills.

Helped me recover very quickly and he also does home visits (since i was not mobile). 10/10 would definitely recommend!

He is genius physiotherapist and also very friendly doctor. I had gone through ligament surgery(ACL & MCL both full tear) in 2016 due to which I was unable to bend my leg at all.
