Great experience

Took my mom for therapy. Writing reviews while still sitting here. Don't know about doctor, but my complaint is about helping boy. He was not wearing mask and when pointed out the sign saying; No Mask, No Entry, the guy arrogantly replied..."I know. Don't teach me." He literally was talking in a threatening tone. This is a disgusting behaviour for a medical professional worker. Even the receptionist was walking around mask on chin...and not on face. This kind of staff degrade the value of organisations.
