Suraksha Diagnostics - Jalpaiguri

Stuffs specially the lady receptionist are insensible, misleading. The lady receptionist literally a liar and she lies to hide her faults. Most of them even from door keepers to depertmental stuffs disdain patient and patient party. I have been through many times and I saw others facing this problems.

My 5 year old son is suffering from high fever , x ray and blood collection was done at 12 o clock in the afternoon today, but I have not recieved the report yet.

If I had recieved the report today , I could consult with doctor and could take necessary steps.

It was really a foolishness from my side that I relied on Surksha Diagnostic.
Most pathetic service, Now I have to see my son suffer whole night because I relied on Surksha Diagnostic,  that I would get my report till 7:30 in the evening today. If you cannot keep your promise please donot make one.

If you can not provide report in 1 day, please close this center at Jalpaiguri else people will.

Great experience. Went there to get covid vaccine. Polite stuffs, overall good arrangement and very fast also. Entire process was done in less than 20 mins.Overall satisfied and recommended as well.It is located on 1st floor of cosmos arcade.

Most unprofessional service. They have a history of delivering wrong reports and losing blood samples. You have to wait for at least 15 minutes in front of a VACANT counter before you get your bill printed. One of my colleagues was on the verge of death after receiving a wrong Cardiology diagnosis report from them. He is all set to take legal action. Please avoid Suraksha. Go to any other lab if you want to be alive.

Most distingusting lab of Jalpaiguri. Never ever go there. My father has done a blood test. But when I went to get the report they told that we can't give the report without urine test. Wow!! Actually they lost the sample. I aksed the sample but they can't able to give it to me.Not even the report also. Even urine test was not given by the doctor. Idiotic staffs...

No complaint about the services and tests they provide. But lacking on the customer assistance in case of non ambulatory patients.and the behaviour of a few staffs and disrespectful and not acceptable at all

Very bad service.. I have given sample on 29th april for covid test but still not getting any report.. Very slow and very very bad service.
