After so many Nagetive reviews I didn't find anything wrong over there. I like the management & staffs behavior.

This place is not good if you have urgent requirement for a test. I waited for almost 3 hours and requested three times that I have urgency for the test. But they didn't respond neither they talk with good manners. A nurse say Tum rather she should give respect to the patient( aged 30) by not calling Tum. How can a staff call any patient tum if patient is not a child.

Worst center, stupid maneger Cant handel crowd. My wife was waiting from 8 am. for USG but test done at 1 pm.. Wrong information provided from help line and no information given from front office, they are not helpful atall.. If you dont wanna waste your time dont go there.

I am a regular user of this center but my residence is far away from this unit (I live at Khardah) but why I use this center? The only answer of this question is the best service by this unit I think using khardah unit is very painful.The floor manager is out standing, she solve every problem with smiling face & satisfied almost customer. Thanks a lot to whole Barrackpore unit.

Today I am visit this place for my mother's blood test and already booked appointment for other test. All staff are very well behaved. And manager monitoring all departments as well. Get quick service well management strongly recommend.👍🏻

One of the most reliable diagnostic centre in the locality. Staff behaviour is very professional. Equipments are Of well condition. Overall good and reliable diagnostic centre.

My experience is very good, whenever I come to for any test I never feel any problem, everyone is very helpful and amicable.

Took a long time for sample collection.. though after talking with the manager the matter was resolved which was really appreciable. Satisfied with the service.
