Facility and equipment are good. The medical staff's behaviour is also really good. But the administration needs improvement. A normal USG would be completed in 10-15 min whereas to get the bill you have to wait for 40 min to an hour. Staff would ask you to get multiple tokens to get the test done, billing and report collection of earlier days. No transparency when which token is getting called. There is a monitor to display the token holder getting served currently which is rarely used. Pathetic service and customer experience.

Very bad stuff behaviour... Infront of me they missbehave with a senior citizen... It seems they don't need any patient... Such a disgrace... Shame on you... Really? You guys behave like this with a elderly patient? I rather give you guys -5 ⭐...

Pathetic stuff behavior, rude...they only had to tell one charge rate about a test, but for that they kept us waiting unnecessarily where it will take only 1min max to inform & moreover one receptionist lady said to her colleague regarding my father (senior citizen) -"hay, hay, jete dao to jete dao".. such a Pathetic reception. Owner should be concern about his/her employee. Shame!

Utter mismanagement!!!
Even after making full payment 3 days prior, no confirmation came from center for blood sample collection. After following up, collection guy tells he will only come after all scheduled ones, that too very rudely. How can a 70+ lady be waiting in empty stomach? Why the customer shall suffer!!
Booking system, along with the sample collection network are to be synced properly.

It's a familiar place for patients. Staffs are very well mannered, behave politely with patients parties. Specially the radiology department, I have experienced like never before. One who is little bit hesitate to go there for diagnostic purpose, should must go for their familiar and appropriate suitable service to patient and patient party. In one word, yes it is highly recommended 👍

The behavior of all the staffs are very polite and courteous. Phlebotomy part is very good. Time management is very good. Online reports facility also available. Some if needed may consider Suraksha Diagnostics - Dunlop.

I have got very good experience with this centre when my close relative went there for medical tests. All the staffs are well mannered. The overall management process is good.
