Have recently been facing issues with the quality of their service. Have been receiving dirty clothes from them. At first, I ignored but it kept on happening. It is like getting back the same dirty clothes without being washed after 2 days. And when asked about the issue, the guy(Chandan) simply say that it's monsoon and it will be dirty.
Their service has become pathetic.
