Absolute Hygiene Care

Very bad staff. Staff members have no manners of how they should talk with girls. I was not delivered my lehenga which I had to wear on my sisters engagement. They delayed the delivery for 2 days beyond the promised date.

When I said that this is not done then they say that it is the way they work, if I wish then I can stop giving my clothes there. Very rude behaviour of the staff members.

I will not recommend this to anyone else.
PLEASE STOP GIVING YOUR VALUABLE AND IMPORTANT CLOTHES HERE.

My family was a regular customer of their service. It was without doubt among the best drycleaner in Siliguri. But in recent times, there have been one to many problems with them.
We lost the bill slip with 2 of my mother's saree. They would not put an effort to find the bill on their end with the name and content of the bill.
It is like they own the product now because we lost a slip.

Earlier it was very good but now it is worst. Today I received 3 blanket after washing. All the packing was open, they staple the plastic in front of me , later I found all of them are with multiple holes and gap in the plastics. One thing I realised it was kept in some open place and they are packing it at last moment with some used , torn plastic.I have to wash those blanket again from some other place before using it.

If there was a zero star option I will give that to its stuffs. They are really pathetic.

Very very poor response. Atleast called five times yet no response. Should hire some responsible pepoles.Price is also high as compared with other counters.

Very bad staff behaviour, Very rude and cant give delivery on time, after 20 days , on the day of delivery asking me why you haven't call us before coming ???
Like seriously...
Not recommending at all for the sake of your precious clothes.

The would like to say this is the worst ever dry I have ever seen.

Worst dry clean service! I took my expensive feather coat for dryclean service since it is not advised for machine wash. They charged me Rs 350/- which is very expensive compared to other places but seeing the good reviews I decided to go for it as I wanted quality service. But when I got my coat it was completely destroyed! The feathers inside have clumped up in bundles which means they simply put it inside a washing machine and squeezed the hell out of it. My expensive coat is totally ruined! Why would someone charge so much for a washing machine service. I have my own washing machine at home. Whats the point of this dry clean service! Please avoid this place a all costs!
