They provided a speedy quality service for a reasonable price. The service could be improved by not having all items individually wrapped in plastic and put into paper bags instead.

Plz don't even think of this laundry, they are highly unprofessional, it will take long time to get ur stuff... They will not pic ur call even u will not find ur clothes when u will visit their shop... They will share fake timings lie about delivery... Plz don't even think of giving ur clothes here.

It's a small business area as few staffs are there to serve you better, but they don't have own cleaning facility for instant service.

1. Very late delivery. They mention 3-4 days but take 10-11 days and you have to follow up with them so much which is quite irritating.
2. One of my dresses was missing in first batch and they never cared to address the problem or return my dress.
3. I still wanted to give a second chance and gave again. This time, they noted number of pieces wrong but delivered right. However, they failed to admit that mistake and compensated my missing piece as the extra one.

The only good part about them is that they pack them well and deliver. However, late delivery, missing pieces, and poor customer service cannot be overlooked just because of good packing.

Not recommended as there is high scope of manual error and no grievance redressal.

Very good Very nice dry clean service in New town, Kolkata. I have been using their curtain and carpet dry cleaning every month and they always work well.....

They're none but a fraud.. I've given a dress in the last week of december..but they still didnt give it back to me.Customers need to follow them up about their progress repeatedly.Also the boy who's running the business is an ultimate liar..he told me that he'll deliver in time.Even if i visit them for twice they kept saying they'll deliver..But when i went for the last time to take my cloths back,they didnt admitted their fault..rather they shouted on me.Then i realized they actually lost my dress.Very very unprofessional.. They dont even have the right to do business..very pooor. I mean really!!!! ALSO‼️ 🚫ALL THE REVIEW ARE HERE IS EXTREMELY FAKE AND PAID.🚫

Service is fine but they need to be little bit professional. Behavior is good.

Very nice service and staffs are very polite, they deliver the washed clothes on time at very affordable price. one must try their service.
