Roshan, the branch manager is a gem to work with. He listens to what one is looking for and makes a genuine effort to find the right pieces. His knowledge of diamonds and jewellery is also very apparent.
The brilliance in their design and the craftsmanship on these pieces are superb.

Can’t thank Malabar Gold at Lulu Mall enough for their wonderful service! My wife and I went there for a gold evaluation a couple of weeks ago. Generally, no established jewelers provide such a certificate if you just walk-in unless they have some strong recommendation. However, the Manager and the person-on-duty (Roshan) were kind enough to listen to us and were readily available to help even without taking a penny! They, especially Roshan (must be based on the instructions from his Manager), kept aside their other work and helped us with it. Thank you so much to them!!!
