Had a terrible experience at the store. My mother used to visit this store and we used to have a pleasant experience.But there was an older person at the store. He was very rude and does not know how to interact with the customers. I am sure that with many options available for customers, I would no longer recommend this store to any sensible person. You can continue to visit this store ,if you do not have any self esteem.Such a bad experience.

We had brought a coral from this shop earlier, which the younger person (probably the older person's son) had sold and claimed that it was an original one.We were happy with the way he treated us. However, the older person we met today claims that the coral that we brought from the same store is not original and is not of good quality. I am confused and no longer can commend on the authenticity and genuineness of the gems and other stones sold at this store. Hence do not recommend this store to anyone.

Most terrible part is the behaviour and the customer experience I had at this store.

Please don't visit this store. The owner of this shop is very arrogant. He behaves like a criminal. I had very bad experience in this store. Never ever visit here. Owner thinks he is the only person who sells gems in India. Also I don't think the jewels or the stones are original.

Nice store.. Mahesh will give you a good explanation on stones, I purchased an agate.
