Nice service by people of bhima jewellers...great and wide variety of selection for gold necklace, rings, Bangles and earrings but very few selections and variety for diamond jewellers but what they have is best and super. 1.30 pm to 3.00 pm is their lunch time.... Usually crowded even in weekdays..liked their service and behaviour towards customers..nice people... recommended to customers hoping to buy gold jewellers.

Good quality ,location is excellent, good parking ,not that good service for everyone. they give importance specific customers I don't know why.multiple staffs are dealing with same customer when other are waiting , from my personal opinion this was unacceptable.

The service and staff behaviour is good...Am not much into jewellery but as my relatives says more variety collections are available at Bhima-Kottayam and Bhima-Ernakulam... Although I didn't feel so because I usually don't do much jewellery shopping...

Pretty good collection of jewellery in gold, silver and diamonds both for men and women. The staff is really helpful and the collection available are really varied in design at different weight gauges. It is a bit crowded during weekends. Car parking is available inside the premises.

Why don't you guys mention in the website if it's closed or not. People from different places coming to the shop based on the website information. If it's providing wrong information it's a waste of customer time. Today when we went to the alapuzha shop it was closed and the website mention it open till 7 PM
