Please do not go for them. If you are from village, you may get tempted to take their services because Airtel or Jim might not be serving your area now. I would rather advise you to use your mobile hotspot. That's much better than Hi-reach. Everyday they disconnect the line for minimum 5 times, what is the point then?. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THEM 3 MONTHS ADVANCE, JUST USE FOR ONE MONTH AND CONTINUE IF YOU WISH TO.

One of the worst network providers.
Internet will disconnect frequently, no proper response from the customer care.
Issue fix will take more than a week.
Don't waste your money. Don't enrol for more than a month. Because you can't go out if you want to disconnect because of the issues.
The customer care and the technicians are not good. They won't resolve the network issue. Not recommended for office use (wfh)

Don't even deserve a single star. Worst maintenance I have ever seen, they don't look into the customer issue. They can't explain a proper ETA for resolving. They have customer service only plan renewal but not lift calls from customers. I am just tired of their customer service I usually need click on 1 for new connection and explain my problem. Then the team would raise the ticket. The team just reminds that your plan expiry and make us to renew but do not look into the issues faced by the customer.

They close complaints within minutes after the complaint is registered. The Issue will not be resolved. I am just getting proper internet for some time in night. Rest I have to rely on my mobile hotspot. They are just saving money in such cheap ways.

Quality and consistency will provide long term results .expecting short term gains does not provide a fruitful results .I request the management team to provide good service to customers .need to improvise the quality of service personel . I am sorry to say it has been not up to mark service .

Worst service and worst response don't choose hireach, opt for jio fibernet, even I thought of taking connection of jio fibernet but in my area jio fibernet is not available, so I took hireach these people will just come and collect the money then they will not even give connection to you, when we call to customer care they will say that they will call back within 30mins but they won't, and when we ask for refund they will say their will be no option of refund, they will put your number blocked.

Don't opt for this at all.Pathetic service .if there would be a chance then I would have the rating in negative -ve.I have given complaint 2 days back they still haven't resolved the issue.The customer care operator "Sandhya" don't know how to follow up a client call with technician.worst and rude behaviour from customer care.worst service provider in Karimnagar
