After all the much needed research I have found Ray beam to be having good speeds. I took installation and a payment for 6 months around ₹5000 .intially the speeds we're like super fast with the subscribed speed (30mbps in my case)Gradually as the days went by some how I see the speeds getting dropped during particular hours , ok let's assume those hours are occupied by work from home people. Keeping aside that traffic congestion in specific time intervals , I have no issue on the speeds I get . But what makes me worry is I don't see a any improvement even after conveying my problem. I do work in timing hours of 3:00 pm to 1:00am during that time starting from 3:00 pm to 10:00 honestly speed I am getting is 15mbs that means half of what I subscribed. (Okla wired speed rest via laptop ethernet cat 5e cable -I think this is much specific requirementto get the speeds ) Unless there is problem lying at ISP SPEEDS should be normal but that's not the case.

Pandemic situation : keeping in view of this pandemic situation and the real scenario out there I truely respect the technicians and the staff who are offering the services. There are pros and cons as well, I really like the Technician who visited our premises in such a rainy climate conditions just to check the box working fine. There are also time where the phone calls are never answered.

DROPPING OF CONNECTIONS:
I don't really understand why there is diaconnection of the link after every hour or so. I am on working computer suddenly it kicks out of the work page, I have to disconnect and connect again to have the active page, This will happen like 30 times in a 8hrs working time. Trust me if the disconnection doesn't happen you are sailing on oceans that wonderful I will be when no disconnect happens.

Implementation of STATIC against the dynamicIP
That sounds really interesting when I heard the STATIC IP address was in place. Since most of the work environment requires that rather than to have dynamic ip address. I think how secure will also matter when we assign the STATIC.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT (FEEDBACK)
Like the Metro ways the treatment of customer through generating ticket 🎟 numbers and assiging to technician and keeping it open until the issue is fixed is a real sign for paving way for the professional service.
I am sure that RAY BEAM in near future will definitely get to reach of people in much professional and earn the customer respect and bring some positive output.

On FINAL NOTE If you would take my suggestion and If you really want customer feedback as a means to deliver some incredible service please do treat customer as your asset since you are creating a asset for six months and that asset should not get depreciated just by the unsatisfied behavior, unsatisfied support, . Please try to pitch in anywhere the customer requires. I know it's Involvement of everyone starting from technician to supervisor. But all will begin from one.
"A wise man will never get the customer go " I am so sorry if there are any citation that might just hurt you but at the end of the day what customer needs is "GOOD SERVICE "
They will take long time to fix issues .some times they ignore the complaints from customers.
