Excell Broadband Service

each and everyday you have to call them as u cant access to internet for 4, 5 hours they used to fool u by saying today we will do permanent solution for this and we cant do anything as they take 6mnths charges early while giving new connection ..now you either have to scold them or simply sit by keeping hand on hand thats its...its a worst experience i have ever face after coming from foreign....no internet access for hours plus net is very slow not fast either

Irresponsible. Need to call them weekly thrice regarding connectivity issues. Mostly their contact numbers will be switched off. Once in a while they will be active and even after informing the issue the response is improper.

I have purchased a 6-months pack, suffered a lot the internet was not stable, from past 1-month internet was not working and excell has the worst customer service, most of the time they keep their office phone switch off.
Very disappointed with their services.

It took nearly 40+ days negotiating with this people to establish new connection in my area even after having a meeting with my colony members and assuring them with 5 new clients and more in the future, which is so disappointing.

Worst service, irresponsible people they don't how to talk with the customer and will have rude behaviour, will not provides service even after calling multiple times and thi is my suggestion who all want to take the connection from this people please don't take connection from this broad band.

In covid situation also these people providing excellent service one and only best internet service providers in our siddipet all others not at all upto the mark

Excellent service in broadband service providers... even they are providing best services in covid 19pandemic situation in Siddipet..even plan are affordable...customer service good....from my end excellent service is feed back

Worst wifi i ever seen. i have faced so many issues with this Excel broadband (VB COMMUNICATIONS). Within one month i faced problems morethan 10 to 12 times. They are not responding properly. Poor service and worst behaviour with customers.
