I went branch 3irdOffice .,,@4.35pm there w as one Ganesh who adamently , wantantly refused my proposal form.eventhough I got the approval from the authority that staff Ganash bypass ed the approval and not cooperated.onsecond day Iapproched them to name trasfer but the people not willing to do the name transfer
