Mr Rajasekar really wasted my time and doesn't respect me and my queries.. I will never come back to HDFC ERGO insurance at any point of my lifetime. I have gone thro HDFC ERGO website for my car insurance renewal and requested Mr Rajasekar to reconfirm renewal premium by checking with my previous policy copy and confirm the renewal premium amount to enable me to pay online. Really disappointed with HDFC I will escalate this issue on their CEO's email I'd.

These peoples will look for peoples money only by saying they can cover all medial bills.
If you go for renewal they will ask us only new policy is possible renewal is not possible they will say. Just to cover their yearly sales target.
If we approach for medical coverage after we took policy, then only they will say these illness don't cover but initially during policy signing time they will say all illness will be covered.
Waste of money. Poor service. Especially the person name balamurugan. Really annoying and irritating guy.

I would like to mention Siva Kumar Operational Manager HDFC ERGO did tremendous work chasing my dad's health claim, initially I had rough path in claiming the policy then I visited the Office, I can't describe in words how polite they handled the situations. Overall my experience was much satisfied also my claim was settled :)

Adding further comments customer service are not at all clear with suggestions to customers, so be careful when you are assisted with customer care :( Worst experience
