I was interacting with 3 staff's. They were gentle and answered politely except one person. Staff's are not taking the prescribed time for their lunch break. General public are waiting more than a hour during lunch time. Could be improved better.

Last time I applied a loan against my LIC policies and they processed the same day and credited money in my bank account. But make sure submit all the relevant documents with signatures. I think they did a great job and service.

Need improvement at parking area... All the vehicles parked at the road side and disturbing public movement at the road.
