MaxBupa are not professional. They only followup for new and renewal policy. you cannot get any other service properly from them. i dont recommend MaxBupa to anyone. I dont want to even rate them with 1 star., i did just for the sake of adding this comment.

Waste insurance company.. No cashelss option even in some of main hospitals, costly, and also u won't get claims for valid scenarios also. If you are with max bupa, switch to other insurance through portability option

Worst customer care not respond, if new policy they calling old saying other but not responding better to go star health insurance

One of the worst customer support teams I have come across.
1 They are not at all professional in their approach.
2 They will not reply to your emails.
3 They will only respond with calls on a daily basis, emails on a daily basis at the time of renewal of your policy. Other times you call or send emails and there will never be a response.
4 They reject claims on the flimiest of reasons.

The most cheating company. Can't even talk to anyone in customer care. I wasted my money.

Easy and faster cashless claim.
Best health insurance

Worst health insurance company.
No response.
Waste.
