Poor customer support, I couldn't get my car insurance soft copy for claim. Non active toll free support and fixed scripted chat support. Please don't use Bharti axa. we have better in market. Waste of time & money.

Dont ever apply for a insurance here... they are the no 1 frauds in chennai in the name of general insurance company..
