POP 90130 Hidden Gem Residency

The worst hotel i ever stayed by Oyo app. Hotel owner behaviour is very bad . service quality is very poor.toilet was unhygienic.Room was not clean properly. I booked it through my Oyo account and I also paid it online..But at the time of check in Hotel owner denied to deliver the rooms.He wanted extra from me because I paid it online.He charged me 3000/- extra in cash for two room.i don't know why these people are doing business with Oyo where they couldn't acept online payment..They just cheating guest by charging extra from them...He forced me extra payment to stay there.. I have no choice because my family was there and lots of luggages also.. I have a request to the Oyo authority that kindly take necessary steps against the hotel owner. Because these type of people decreasing brand value of the company.. And request kindly refund my online payment

The rooms are very clean. There are beautiful views from the terraces and from the rooms. The hotel has a great location for wedding-birthday parties. The hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. On our return, the staff themselves dropped us at the bus stop and waited till we got a vehicle to take us back. It wasn't even necessary. But he was so generous. Next time I visit Kalimpong, I will definitely visit Hidden Gem Residency Kalimpong WB.

This hotel is really nice and I had a good experience there. The staff was really friendly and helpful, they always said hello to me when they saw me. The room was comfortable and had everything needed. It was also very secure and the atmosphere of the hotel was good. I did not feel any disturbance in the room during my stay. The room is very well maintained and was kept clean by the house keeping team. The washroom was also well equipped with all good amenities and did not have to call for anything during my stay. The food was delicious and the price was right compared to what they provided. The hotel is a safe and secure place for couples and families. i like the cleanliness of hotel and specially inside the room. very very clean bedsheets and quilt. clean and fragrance bathroom. supportive staff members. i will defenetly visit again and again in this hotel k star in kalimpong. Best of luck guys...👌

The hotel room is bigger than the hotel. A comfortable place to stay with beautiful views. It's great to have a nice view from the window. Large living room with very large window, modern bathroom. From the room you can see the city of Kalimpong and the mountains. The staff are very kind, caring, friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. You can celebrate your birthday, anniversary etc...

Bike/car parking is available here. You can stay at this hotel comfortably and enjoy the city of Kalimpong. Whenever I come, I will come to this hotel.......🤷‍♂️

Don' t ever try to Book this Hotel because the property owner(Aadarsh Jha) and the Hotel Manager is Fraud , Scammer . I have Book a 2 Room for 2days from Goibibo.
When i Visited with my family they denied my Check in and told me to cancel your Room by the manager(Already my Cancellation is Expired). The reason is that they have given the Rooms to Offline Tourist.
After 2 hrs of Harassment. Thanks to Goibibo and Oyo Rooms they have allotted me a another Hotel In Kalimpong with same price of booking. The Hotel do not accept Online Booking from Oyo Rooms , Goibibo and other Apps also, but still they have Hang a Board Of Oyo Rooms in there Property. Requesting to everyone do not Book this Hotel.

😬Worst experience ever, i can't explain how rude was the staff manager, acting as if he was paying from his pocket for our stay. Rooms was not cleaned before we entered used towel, rum bottle and glasses, dirty pillow cover, unmoped floor, broked bathroom shower tap was a scene we entered, was next to the noisy public road, not at all noise proof room, luckily we got another property nearby and didn't checkin after a conversation with horrible manager.
My suggestion there are lot of amazing property with great service available in this area so, please do book other property, until forced to book it under a gunpoint. 🤬

This is a closed hotel, 22nd December was my check in date but when I reached I saw that the hotel is closed. This information gave by neighbours they said that the manager is not in the hotel and the hotel is locked by him few days ago. Thank to God that I didn't pay. But main strange thing is Oyo company 3 times confirmed from me that we will go or not?
Please do not book and pay for this hotel.
