This hotel has the most erratic check-in experience.
If you have booked through OYO at lower prices, they won't accept that booking and will ask you for higher prices.
They will deliberately waste your time and ask for lot of money.

This has happened to me 3 times now and this is solely done by the guy at the reception to earn more money.
Beware of this hotel. All the staffs are cheaters.

7 sept 2022 I booked Hotel from oyo site. Due to emergency I am not able to check reviews on google that's paid me off, One of the Worst Hotel in this world. Better to stay on footpath instead of paying him 1200 + 399 if you book from oyo bcz they don't alow to check in they ask for 48 hrs medical covid report.

Very bad experience, the oyo is not at all comfortable. Room service sucks, u order something now, will get 2 hrs later... Evej tea or coffee takes 2-3 hrs to get served. The crockery used for food was so dirty, all the cups had oil stuck at the back. The mini fridge was not working, AC was making the room cool enough. Overall very bad experience, will recommend no one to book it.

Rooms are clean But I got Worst Experience from Staff & manager for booking. When you will book the room trough Oyo app or offline by phone call, they will confirm you, But when you will reach the hotel they will hurrse you for booking. There are no co ordination between staffs. All reception employees are cheater. You have to pay extra bucks for room. I've suffered two times. Food quality are so pathetic and unhygienic & ordere will be delivered after 2 hours. I will recommend you that never ever book this hotel.

Booked via OYO(discounted price) they demanded COVID RT-PCR report, otherwise have to make 500rs extra for without RT-PCR check-in. Room was good but some issues there. Like had TV but no signal, had intercom but no intercom connection 🤪🤪.

I have booked via oyo. The payment was completed online. Interstate booking. They asked for RTPCR report. At 9pm during checkin, I didn't have it. So i had to pay 1000/- extra for staying per night. Manager is very rude and incooperative. They said if u don't have RTPCR report u will have to pay 1500/- extra per night. Finally after an argument for 1hour, they agreed for 1000/- extra per night though the payment was completed via oyo. Maximum couples stay here.

We came kolkata for an educational trip in hassle. We trusted this hotel and made a booking blindly. We reached early in the morning as we had to attend an international conference by 9:30am. Upon reaching the hotel around 7am we called the number written outside in the board, they kept ignoring us . The shutter was down as it was early morning but we requested them to atleast open the shutter and talk and we would pay extra for the early arrival. But they kept on blabbering rubbish via phone and not even once opened the shutter. Upon hearing we were from a north east state , they asked for RTPCR report . First of all bro, its late 2022 and about to be 2023 . Corona is by far gone, we all are vaccinated and moreover we belong to a medical fraternity. If you are so much frightened of corona then better shut your hotel, this isnt how business runs. After that we requested them as we were getting late for conference , they asked us 3k extra . Sir where did your corona go suddenly?? They kept on telling us cancel your booking and take your refund as we had booked via OYO. But we only got less than half of the refund. I think this is their business. Earning the half of cancellation money. But beta kaab taak? How far will you go ? Remember KARMA !! You ppl are responsible for our bad experience of kolkata . P.s : only one person was talking nicely through the phone but dont exactly know who he is. I think the staffs are the worst . Beta i will see how far you all can go in this business. Students taak ko nahi chora 😓 PATHETICC 😤 Now as i thought of writing a review i saw many faced the same problem . Poor me didnt know earlier . Best of luck aspiring inn for your black business!! Denied check-in for COVID booster dose in spite of being fully vaccinated with 2 doses. Nobody picks up the call from hotel, which is at a remote location.
Not recommended at all.
