OYO 12819 The Olive

Rooms are good in size but it is small as compare to its price. Similarly its services at the first time is good but after get in the room you might not get the room service as required. Food from outsides are not allowed and the quality of food provided there is not up to the mark as compare to its price. Food is the major concern because nearby you can't get the good food.

Room & Bathroom are small its ideal for a single person. Outside food is not allowed so u can just walk 5 mins away to Agarwal Kitchen where they serve good north indian book in good friendly price.

I have booked for 3N in Rs. 1300 but the manager told that they charged Rs. 1200 per night so I have to pay Rs. 1000 extra. Kindly dont visit this hotel because you will lose money and this area is too far from main city the travelling cost will high. And i am disappointed with oyo they dont help me and couldnot solve my problem.

I had confirmed booking from Oyo but they didn't allow me to check in.
Hotel receptionist said Oyo is confirming booking at a very low rate and they can't give room at that low rate.
Worst service ever faced till now. If you can't allow customer when they booked and came for check in, better you should not accept the booking from OYO. You guys totally harassing the customers. Such a ridiculous hotel it is.

Good place to stay in a quiet yet close from metro station, 5-7 min walking distance from metro station. Room and bathroom was neat and clean. AC was chilling pretty good.

1. Worst experience ever.
2. Management please hire some professional staff.
3. This place charges for each and everything even if you've paid online.
4. No parking facility as mentioned in website.
5. Dirty and small rooms needs real time renovation.
6. Room service is worst they only receive calls and say okay but no intervention is done.
7. Why is Oyo even entertaining such a place remove it from your flagship.
8. Staff behaviour worst acts as if they are hosting us for free.
9. Food is okay but served is dirty, old, broken, cracked plates.
10. Location wise good for people travelling to Sector V for official work, metro Station in walkable distance.
