The behaviour of owner, not receptionist, was very poor. Also, the bathroom was unclean. The AC room was OK to stay but definitely not Rs1200/night worth!

Situated 1.1 km from Malda Town Railway Station. If you are coming by road take the Station road from Rathbari More to reach the hotel. It's a budget friendly hotel. The hotel manager is really a nice guy. And the hotel staff's are really helpful and friendly. You can get foods and drinks (alcohol) in your room itself if you so please. The food here is really nice and the quantity is good (for rice & biryani) that's what I had on my stay. So really pleased with the service. The rooms are large clean and the bathrooms too are large and clean. Had a really pleasant stay there.

Very known and reputed hotel but nowadays maintenance is very lacking, that is clearly understood. Rooms, beds, curtains and bathrooms need more cleanliness.
Staffs are well-behaved and location is too good.

If possible I would have given negative rating. The most dirty hotel I've ever seen. From outside it looks good, someone can naturally expect that the room will also be good, but the fact is from floor to ceiling, walls to bathroom, its filthy, grimy, full of smudge. Bathrooms are so so dirty that someone can even vomit seeing that. Basins are full of food wastes. The bed cover and the blankets are also not possible to use bcos of dirt and stains. I think this hotel is not being properly cleaned for some years. It was a horrible experience. The staffs and manager all are rude and mannerless.

Nice and airy double bedded room. Room available in AC and non AC variations and highly affordable. However vif someone wants high end luxury eatery services like spa gym it's not available .At any time of the day you can get room here and it's basically walkable distance from Railway station. Could improve upon cleanliness and more services.
