OYO Flagship 12975 Howrah

The place is good. Good cleanliness. Offers food of great range from the Oyo Cafe. The rooms have a safe in it along with a wardrobe. The washroom is spacious. But it could be an issue if one tries to find a cab or a taxi from the location in the evening time. Food is kind of average and probably the only turn off. But in all a good stay.

In a single word - "Excellent". In such an affordable price point you just can't expect better than this. Staffs are really helpful and professional. Room service is also excellent; or should I say beyond excellent. TV, AC, Power Sockets, WiFi, Security (and besides, even they're providing iron lockers in rooms, though I doubt you'll ever need 'em), and all other stuffs are of top-notch quality.

The hotel is situated in the sub urban area of Howrah just opposite to the AC market. The rooms are well enough good with interior decorated with a secure safe where u can keep Ur valuables and u can lock it with Ur any 4 digit code. Well the service is good but room service is not up to the mark as u have booked a double bed for 2guest but they didn't gave the amenities according to that. They gave me only 1 towel where we r 2guest. I told the service boy to give me another towel but they didn't gave me the same. This disappointed me alot as this mistake had been done twice in this same hotel.

Tried to deny me my room after advance booking while I was travelling with my 90 yr old father. And charger me more than what I was told. Took 3hrs to provide the complimentary breakfast and after we had eaten, they tried to make me pay for it. Bathroom floor (room 211) was not done properly and remained wet after use (they never even had a manual drainer that I could have used.
Terrible and worst OYO experience.
I was not the only one complaining that day.

If you want to locate this hotel without Google Maps, it will be difficult. But with Google Maps it is easier, just type OYO Flagship 12975 and it will perfectly mark the location. I have booked through goibibo with complimentary breakfast. Complimentary breakfast is nothing but 4 pc kachori with sabji, served at your room only. Food taste is delicious. But don't expect any other options. Room are having good quality beds and lenins but looks like it was reused without washing. TV is there but no remote. I have asked for the same at reception but till checkout I have not received. Bathroom was also not cleaned. I am sharing a photo of water closet captured right at the time of checking. Reception sofa was extremely dirty, by seeing photo you will understand. Lift is so dirty you will not wish to step in, but you are left with no other option. It is a dirty hotel where there was no awareness about cleanliness. 2 star only for staff behaviour. They were polite and treated with warm gesture.

Pathetic, don't waste your money and mood.
1. Extremely rude reception staff, will not even receive your phone at the reception desk desk.
2. Geyser was not working
3. No one to help you get your luggage to the room.
4.No water provided at room
5. Not even provided bill, said OYO is responsible for bill
6. Saw lot of guests waiting outside the hotel and reception area as the timely check in didn't take place.

The room was average as per my criteria. But it's okay. The staff behavior was very nice and the food quality is good and hygiene. But the room needs little more cleanliness and some repairing. Otherwise the experience is very impressive 👍👌

2. Dirty rooms and bathrooms with lots of dust
3. Lots of spider nets
4. Big size rats in room
5. None of cloths are cleaned
6. Towels are also not proper cleaned
7. No dinner facility after 11pm

OYO is not doing audit of such hotels and making money.

Horrible experience.
