Not even worth giving 1 star rating to the service provided by hotel. Worst experience ever. The hotel staff were good but manager was of no use. He don't have solution to any of our problem. The first room they allotted to us had to change because there were to many insects and bugs under the bed and in the bathroom. Then got another room , where the bed got wet due to rainfall water. Had to keep bucket to protect our stuffs. Informed staff about the same next morning. So they were aware of the leakage in the room. And said that it was a heavy rain last night. The room was really untidy as well. No cleanliness at all. White bedsheet and pillow cover were so dirty that it turned yellow. And they said that as it is a white bedsheet that is why it turned yellow because of the guests. Highly recommended not to stay at such a dirty place.

Hotel is ok but, Bathroom and bed is so dirty. I don't think they wash bedsheets and pillow, and price of food is so expensive, I cup tea 25 rs, 1 boiled egg 35 rs.. Like seriously? Are they joking or what?. Tv is not working. But hotel stafs behavior is good. Easy check in and check out. And hotel location is also good.

Pathetic experience .. food price is very high , all room are very dirty . Smooth cheak in experience but main problem is every room is very dirty .. TV not working , Unable to find AC remote .. if you face any problem hotel staff can't help you . No landline .. All around the house cracked . It is necessary to see the issues of the hotel owner. Otherwise it won't last long. Lipstick stains and strange stains on the curtains, pillows, etc. can make you angry . They will not change them if you request them

Hotel was nice enough, there is a cupboard, 3 tables including the one in front of the tv, Geyser is available and in working condition. But if you are seriously considering to choose this hote please pack a bedsheet with you, the bedsheets they provide you with are really dirty and so are the pillows. DO NOT USE THEM. BUT if you do then take a hot bath for long time.

The room was completely disgusting and the bedsheet was full of stain when asked to change that the staff responded that they cannot do that . They were quarreling amongst themselves regarding the show round for the room and saying that these are not their responsibility. Is this the class of service that OYO provides and is this at what we are paying for? Being loyal to OYO for such a long time

One of the worst experience. Dirty rooms, unprofessional staff. Wrong hotel name. They will give you used towels. No drinking water.

I have never experienced a worse Oyo room than this. The walls were full of spit marks. Bed sheet and blanket both were so dirty that I asked to change but that too they denied. There were cockroaches and mouse inside the room. Staffs are useless, I don't know why there is need of such idiotic staffs.

I love the way they have set the bed.Dressing table was good bathroom was clean and room also clean near the guest house there was many restaurants and malls .The guest house was good place and hotel staff is very support and very nice.They treat as like there friend.They provide us good food and mineral water .
