SPOT ON 75881 Sonar Bangla Lodge

If I would have had the option of giving even lesser review stars I would have done so. This is the most unhygienic hotel I have ever stayed in my life. There were literally cockroaches roaming beneath our bed. There were no bed sheet provided. The washroom was so small that I had to take out the dirty bucket outside to just close the washroom door. They did not provide even drinking water or washroom sanitisers. I am not over exaggerating but giving this review completely based on my experience. To be honest the hotel looked like it’s for people who go there for having one night stands. If one healthy person sleeps in the bed then another person can’t sleep there. NOT at all recommended for family. If you do not believe my comments please visit and see the for yourself. We reached the hotel at around 12:40 am. We had a train in the morning at 6:20 am so we booked the hotel for only few hours to get refreshed. But the experience for even those few hours was horrible. Please stay at your own risk. Not worthed the amount charged by OYO. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

This hotel facilities is very bad, I had never seen such type of hotels under OYO, the room in which I stayed is too small and no space to walk properly, and a bad smell was coming from this room. And how toilets pipeline can be given under bed?? Such a bad hotel was that. I had shared images with Oyo authority

The hotel charged me 1600 for a room said there is no acceptance through oyo..so i checked in paying cash.. but again oyo charged me as i hv dine prepaid payment... And didn't receive any refund i tried complaining but der is no such option available on app... Oyo needs to improve its services otherwise people msy shift to other platforms which i think may be better than oyo

I have been a active member of oyo since 2019 but i have never come across with such a property. Room was that much small that your height creates problem if you are more than 5'7". Dirtiest room ever . Washroom was like you will skip for going loo and taking bath. Termites, cockroaches were everywhere. Think 100 times before booking this room

Worst hotel at such price range, even after paid partial amount online on oyo still made me pay the entire charge and earned extra. The rooms were worse than Mumbai's kholi. I would recommend please find a hostel to stay which will be cheap, clean and worth staying.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money...
The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers.
Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge...

Booked from Oyo at 700 rs on reaching the hotel the manager asked for 900 rs and they were not accepting if you had paid through oyo app. The room was like a matchbox, with cockroaches and lizards on bed, the bathroom was horrible worst than public toilets, there was foul smell. One cannot stay here not even for an hour.
Never recommended, please do not book this worst hotel.

I received your mail on dated 20 nov 2022 that Refund is initiated , but Still i have not received any amount of Refund.
I am now fade up with OYO Services, from the day one I am facing several issues with oyo.
trying to call customer care from my registered mobile no it not reachable., then i trierd with another no. then they said call from registered no. only.
What games are you playing with customers?
please let me know when i will get my refund back
