Good ambience for dinner, Cabin available for gathering. Good quality of food . behaviour of staffs are good. But UPI payment is not available you have to pay in cash or with card

Very expensive restaurants for ordinary people.
A lot of charges are deducted only for ambiance and the waiters are not so gentle. And the price of each item is much higher than other restaurants and it includes GST with it.
I will never advise anyone to go here.
Bar is also located here with restaurants. Alcoholic beverages are available here. Since we were non -alcoholic people, we ordered for some mocktails, but they said that the cocktail was only available.
The quality of the food was not that bad. However, judging from all perspectives, I do not like saptarshi at all.

Though the dishes over here is tasty but the behavior of the stuffs in the resturent is not good at all . Also if you want free parking you can go .. Nice experience but not satisfied with the attitude towards customers

One of the best hotel in Bankura city and a landmark. I was attending a friend's wedding and stayed there for 4 nights. Service was prompt and food was descent. The bar in ground floor is nice. I took out 1 star as geyser was not working for 1 room out of 12 room we've booked.

I went there to have lunch as I heard good things about Saptarshi. I can't say it's bad but compared to the price the chicken is really hard, though the gravy was really good. Fried Rice was okay and less oily. Overall it was an okay lunch for us. Maybe I expected more from them.

Head and shoulders above the rest in Bankura town with top notch service and great food. The three stars because the rooms and bathrooms need a little upkeep.

Ambience is good Location is easily accessible Entrance to the restaurant as well as rooms are very clean. All stuffs are very much humble. Only one big thing which I don't like is They are Charging GST over and above MRP. Customers are actually paying 2 times tax there.

It has more than 500+ rooms.
The location is also prominent .. just in the entrance of bankura town . In lalbazar & near bankura railway station . But a beautiful garden should be more appropriate in the front ... But the space is too short !
