YASHSHREE MALL ROAD DARJEELING

We stayed there from 5-10 August in room no 204. It was a hill view room. I must say it was indeed a lovely experience for us. Rooms are enough spacious for a family. They offer everything in the room breakfast ingredients like tea, coffee, electric kettle. There is a mini bar inside the room. Bathroom is clean, geyser is working properly.
Staffs are very co operative. Very humble and polite. They will genuinely try to fix your issues (if you have any 😊).
Just one thing, the quality of the food can be improved. Otherwise all brilliant.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stays over there.

One of the best hotel of the town.we wish we get more days to spend here. For this mid budget range The interiors are wow,the staffs are awesome, the rooms are so classy & well maintained. Kudos to the team & management. The view was also good with wide window but kanchanjungha is on the extreme right,so not visible properly from the rooms. The food can be a little bit tasty, but on the other hand its so light & healthy. Absolutely recommended.

Great hotel with excellent staff. We were travelling with infant and go allocated room before time to ensure we still had time to do the half day sightseeing. Ashish at reception and staff at Restaurant are very helpful, courteous. Breakfast menu is excellent with loads of options available. Rooms itself are nice but can feel a bit cold at night.

Extremely good hotel. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very professional. A special shout out to the chef's for the delicious dishes. Only grouse is the wait time between dishes, like if you order extra rotis or another dish, the wait is long. Also would recommend their spa. It was extremely relaxing.

Excellent Hospitality
Stayed for 3 nights. Hotel is located near to mall road and within walkable distance from many popular places. The hotel staffs are very courteous and welcoming all the time. Loved their hospitality. The room was adequately provided with amenities. The food was great. Overall nothing much to complain about. I would definitely like to revisit.

I took the Premium room with valley view, and it was a great experience.

The hotel is nice and clean, located very close to the Mall Road (walking distance of 3mins approx).
It has all the amenities that a premium hotel has to offer. Although some of them may not be provided by default but on request, such as, toiletries, slippers, loofah, blower, etc.
There is an in house spa which we didn't get the time to experience unfortunately. But it starts with charges as low as 500 bucks for foot massage and head massage.
The food quality is also pretty good, and price for it are nominal.
I came with my parents and chose to stay here as it is near to mall road and it also has a lift. Hence it was easier for my mother with knee problems to enjoy the view without climbing too many stairs or staying far away from the mall road. It is located in a convenient place and the room service was also pretty good.

the overall experience was good. the hotel staff are humble and cooperative. the location is quite good as walking distance to mall is about 7mins. Keventer's, Glenary all are nearby.
my mother did not walk properly so she stayed at hotel room while we went to mall. the hotel staff called her that time to ask if anything is needed. I am thankful to them for that.

Staying at this hotel was a lifetime experience. Their roof garden was an excellent place to sit and enjoy the view of Darjeeling city. This hotel is very near the mall. So accessing the mall was very easy. Stayed in a non view room. But I like the room. I reached the hotel very early and had to attend a meeting and the staff was very helpful. They provided me with space even when my room was not ready. The only thing I remember which was not good was that I needed to ask for water at least 5 times when the water provided at the room finished. But they were delayed. I hope next time they respond quickly because water is something very essential.
