It was a nice experience staying in this hotel. The modernisation will really catch your soul. The staff's behaviour was polite along with the manager. If you are looking for something unique and different from others you must try Hotel Shantinivas.

The rooms were very dirty. Room no 405 (deluxe) was comparitively clean.In room no 300 the walls was damped also it was next to impossible to close the washroom door. Room no 403 the sofa had fungus as well as insects were seen.
For my second stay I got room no 308.I was very much happy with their service and the cleanliness of the room.For my second stay i would rate this hotel 5-star.

Very bad quality room.ac not working nor fan properly. Staff behavior good. Don't book the room online, because they display good room but it's fake. Toilet is very narrow and hot water not available. Very bad never book it . The room smells bad. The rooms are very small very !main thing is the bathroom door ! It doesn't lock from inside nor outside. So bad!

Great rooms and the staff behaviour was excellent,one star less as wifi facility was only available at reception not on the 4th floor but I was assured after Durga puja the problem would be solved

For middle class budget it feels like five star. Location is exactly near temple.

Clean washroom. Geyser available. Small sized compact air conditioned rooms which are just perfect for accommodating 2 people. CCTV cameras are operational in the public areas. Elevator available till the 3rd floor. Most importantly, the charges are reasonable and moderate. The hotel authorities and the room service boys are courteous. This hotel is mainly for lodging. For food, there are quite a few restaurants available nearby this hotel. Tarapith Kali temple is at a walking distance from this hotel. Overall, I had a memorable stay at this hotel. Very nice place. Anyone can stay here at affordable prices. Thank you.
