The location of hotel is very good, the behavior of the staff is welcoming and kind and their service is also quick and good. The rooms are also decent with good beds and bathroom. Overall a Value for money hotel.

Worst Owner and Room service. Always asking for money as if the customer will run without paying money. I will never recommend to stay in this hotel. One of the worst hotel ever seen.

They asked to pay extra money. I have already paid for my booking. However, they asked me to pay 700 INR more. I asked them to cancel my booking and return my money back but they denied.

It was a very bad experience to stay in this room. First of all I have to pay extra 300 in time of check-in and this is a comment issue in Oyo they show cheap price in their app and in time o check in we have to pay some extra ammount. The rooms are very bad to staying. Rooms are very small . The hotel owner do not thik about the cleaning of the rooms. So I have to checkout from the hotel after 3 hours. This is a ridiculous experience with this Oyo. I have faced same issue before and I informed Oyo customer service and they told me to give the extra ammount as a refund but after 6 months I did not get 1 rs as a refund

Each time when I book rooms from Oyo I have to pay some extra charges in check-in time. This is not fair each time I don't have the time to contact Oyo customer service. I don't know why Oyo show us a cheap price in app and in check-in time we have to pay more . In this booking I have to pay rs.800 instead of rs 526. The property owner told me if I don't give the extra ammount then I have to find another hotel. This is very bad experience and each time this happens. Lst time when I book a room I have to pay 400 extra and I informed it to Oyo customer service. They to me that they will give me the extra ammount refund but after 6 months I don't get the refund. If you can not give a room in this price then don't show the ammount each time this is not possible to pay extra.

On oyo app everything's looks fine but when you reach the hotel they will ask you to pay double price that is shown on oyo app.
Taking about room:
1. Sheets were stinky and have stains. 2. Hell lot of mosquitoes in Room that u can't sleep at all.
Also after not getting sleep for the first night I canceled the booking for 2nd day then the person on reception calls me and talked very rudely.
Big brother's advice : If you are going to be tricked at reception for paying double price consider going to a legitimate hotel as they will charge u the same and provide value for money.
Instead of oyo use goibibo as they are better than these fraud oyo guys.

room condition was good all aminities was there..but there was slight problem there was too much mosquitos in the night and the geyser was not working... Otherwise everything was fine.
