An excellent homestay with a beautiful garden and sit outs. It us ideal for a vacation with friends and family to rejuvenate yourselves. The property is well maintained and has adequate facilities for a very comfortable stay.The caretaker couple are very courteous and helpful and prepare delicious meals. There is space for car parking and good connectivity to the tourist spots around.

Two bedroom with attached toilets with all amenities, one big drawing room with kitchen and a fair good place for car parking. All nearby tourist places are within a circumference of 2km to 4km.

It was a good and healthy experience to stay at the property. During our visit it was incomplete construction. The location of the campus is very close to the Prantik railway station. Ambiance is good. Their was no arrangement for food. A small kitchen was able to supply tea in different time. Shortage of dinning table and chair causes problems to the guests.

I would recommend highly this place, the decore of the house is really nice & well maintained. The care takers are great at taking care of guests, the food they provide is extremely delicious. Overall I enjoyed staying there and is fully satisfied.

The property is good and family friendly(to an extent) . We stayed here recently during the new year. 4 adults and 1 kid. A few pointers for anyone planning to stay here.
1. The location- The property is way way interior from the main road and the road is barely completed. The entrance is pretty narrow and your car will definitely gets bruised by the bushes in either side. Navigating to this place at night can be really tricky. Its basically a 100 mtrs from the Prantik station and you can see and hear trains passing all day long.
2. The Food - The place apparently has a food menu which was mentioned to us only when we were clearing our payments for fooding during checkout. We were charged ₹280 per plate for non veg main course items irrespective of fish, country chicken or egg. Yes 2 eggs a plate for ₹280. 😑
3. The staffs - The staffs are friendly and helpful. However they were not polite enough to accommodate the food on time and rather got irritated when we were following up for the same. Even at 10 am in the morning we were waiting for the food to be served even though the menu was mentioned to them many days in advance.(pls note: they never mentioned to us about their menu card or pricing until the last day so we literally payed for a full plate even though we might have consumed only half)
4. Rooms - There are 2 rooms and they are on different floors. The one on the ground is smaller compared to the one on the 1st floor. The one at the first floor has big glass windows and a big metal door. So on a chilly winter night even with the heater on it gets pretty cold. The one in the ground floor had issues with hot water. Otherwise the rooms are well furnished with necessities like chairs, cloth hangers or storages, tv, heater. No wifi though.
5. Pet on campus - There is a friendly pet dog (kutki)on the property and if you are not comfortable with that it might be a problem. We did not have any issues. Just make sure your doors are closed.
