The location of the hotel was good. The staff behaviour was also good at the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean facilities. Bathroom was neat and clean. I would surely recommend this hotel to all the Family members specially who have kids because the hotel was clean. Perfect budget, excellent food & location and finally a ideal atmosphere for this place .

The hotel is situated on the roadside(i forgot the name of the road) and The Mall is at a 12 mins walking distance from the hotel. So location is just perfect. One can get good home-like bengali food in the hotel. The dishes are tasty. The authorities maintain hygiene and cleanliness properly. The rooms are spacious and good-looking and the washrooms are very clean. Just outside the hotel, there are a couple of local shops which can be helpful in case you need something. Overall, I had a great time in the hotel.

Such a nice hotel in a good place. Near from darjeeling malle. And this hotel is very good for middle class family. As the rent is cheap. Try to book ac rooms as only ac room s are having balcony and front facing. No hill view is visible from this hotel. Another part is this hotel has a good and clean restaurant and the bill is minimum comparatively with the location. People from other hotela are also coming to avail this restaurant. Better to order food before.

The room is good... The price is high... Food quality is not good. Employees are not attentive to the tourist. Location is good. It is behind the mall market. There is no protection for female solo travelers in this hotel. They need to improve hot water availability in the room. The dining area is not clean.

the room is very warm than the outside weather 🙂. Only 2 min way the mall road is. i have my mother and father in laws , they have leg problem so they can't walk for long. The distance between the room and mall road made it easy for them to reach 🎉

Condition of room is not bad but behaviour of staffs were very bad ..no politeness, absolutely rude ....their basic instinct is to cheat guests..charging more money than MRP for water bottle which is illegal ..find a better hotel if you are visiting Darjeeling
