The Foods here makes the place liveable but we don't really look forward for food while selecting accommodations.
The room was too small for a hiked charges like this.
Washroom didn't have geyser working and the Commode seat was partially broken. On complaint, nobody rectified any of those within 2 days.
Frequent power failures hade a backup but not the Ait conditioners. So, it became suffocating during those failures.
Card payments for Foods was not available. Which hotel doesn't have these days?
Overall, mediocre experience.

Rooms are very small. There is no balcony. I have booked two rooms with ac. But in both the rooms I found trouble with ac. Service is slow but the behaviour of the staffs are good. Location wise it is quite peaceful and is situated at the middle of the nature, though it the quite far from main centre. Nearest railway station is prantik.

Overall experience is good. We hv booked the room in advance. Room condition is good but the bed side table is too small & don't hv drawer. Luggage keeping space is also insufficient and it's became very messy. Food quality is good but overpriced.

Very clean and nice hotel. Food is really good. Good service. Perfect at this budget. Only 2 drawbacks:
No lift
Windows should be tinted

The hotel location is far away from town and costs dearly everytime you have to visit the town. Rooms are very very small. No exhaust fan in toilet.

Couple of suggestions to the management, if they are willing to hear -
1. Please keep the footmats clean, or provide disposable slippers for guest.
2. Adding 1litre water bottles as complimentary won't burn your pocket (considering I paid 1800 per room, one litre of mineral water would cost just 20), but will be a nice gesture.
3. Please add exhaust fan in the toilet.
4. Make the service prompt. I request for additional bedsheets for 2 rooms, where I had to follow up approx 8 times to get both. I say, that's not a guest expects.
5. Have proper check of toilets. First room we got had the commode set broken.

Last but not least, your price should match the room and location of hotel. Rs. 1800 for that location and such small room is difficult to take.

Dip holidays had complementary insects for us. Tons of poisonous insects, 4 of us were heavily affected by the insects. Room, bathroom, corridors were clean but hell lot of insects. Spiders were tangling on the curtains and so many spider webs in bathroom, My goodness!!!Now coming to the food and service. Food is below average. Its just edible, but not enjoyable. So its 2/5.
The staff are a group of young UNCULTURED boys who stare at female tourists legs. Fking cheapos. They have hell of an attitude. Itna kya akar hai? They throw tantrums at tourists (or at least to our group) They were rude , not at all cordial.
But also not everyone was bad amongst the staff but most of them are. Anyway, I will never ever visit this hotel and would request others to not visit until and unless they fix the insect issue. Don't spend money and get infected by the insects.
Nothing to dislike about a trip with friends!

Little bit on the outer side but a valued one. Toto's are available just outside the hotel. They have a lovely bengali restaurant as well.

The Wifi though, doesnt connect to be Pretty Honest, we were in the first floor.

An electric Kettle with Tea Bag or Coffee saches can be helpful though.

Overall, a great 4 out of 5 stay.

I love the atmosphere of the hotel. Staffs were friendly and cooperative. Room service was also good. The Room was clean and spacious. We booked this hotel 2nd time. In future also want to book again. The food quality was too good.
