Had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are big and spacious with a lot of natural light entering. The balcony was the best part. The property is well maintained and really beautiful. The service and food was excellent.
Parking is available inside the property.
It is the perfect place for a weekend getaway and will definitely visit again

One of the best experiences in recent times. Mahulboni Homestay management as well as staff provided us with an unforgettable experience during our first visit to the land of Santiniketan. Aesthetically decorated interiors, green outdoors, well manicured gardens . The food is homely and delicious, served hot.

A very beautiful and serene place to stay. The owners are there to look after us and very helpful, also the way they are present with us and the way they explain everything about the food they are serving which is excellent, the cooks and the caretakers are very helpful and the place has many tourist spots near it. You should visit here for sure and keep visiting again and again, also now while eating the lunch you packed for us for our train journey is excellent, so the overall experience was mesmerizing.
Mr. and Mrs. Basu thank you for the great hospitality. We'll surely visit again.

Depicting our Staycation at Mahulboni Homestay in just two words : 'Soul-Satisfying'! Happiness, Sanctity, Tranquillity, Coziness, Comfortableness - are the Feelings that one experiences in the course of his/her stay, at Mahulboni.

The Most Satisfying Act, is that the Owner[s] has/have ample presence of 'Soul' in dealing-with/attending Guests, Travellers; something which is rare, these days.

Kudos to the Operating Team at the Homestay. It was well and truly, a Home-Away-From-Home occurrence for us.

Will definitely revisit Bolpur, and whenever we do, Mahulboni Homestay will surely be one of our Preferred Destination for Stay and Cuisine, in that Area.

Drivers' Accommodation - Available Within the Premises, but the Stairway that leads up/down to/from the Drivers' Dormitory Room, is a bit worrying.

One of the nicest weekend spend with family.

It was an awesome experience starting from the welcome we received from the property owner (Tapasi Di).

Property was neat and clean and the front garden with small lake/backyard lawn was breathtaking.

Rooms are neat and clean with all the required amenities

Food was delicious with variety of Bengali Dishes and restaurant ambience is giving a nice experience all together

And Staff behaviour is really good which is the most nice part of the stay

Recently we had a very pleasant and delightful stay for 2 nights in Mahulboni Homestay located in Doranda amidst a village 11 km from Shantiniketan. This is a picture perfect serene homestay with pleasing to the eyes green lawns, gardens with blooming merry golds, trees lined along boundary walls and a pond with few resident swimming ducks.....truly orchestrating a mesmerising ambience, surely enough to rejuvenate one's mind in the morning over a cup of steaming tea/coffee sitting in the balcony. Thanks to Mr and Mrs Basu Mullick for creating such a homestay where we can quickly escape from the cacophony of our city life and breathe fresh air and enjoy nature for sometime. Thanks again for their hospitality and friendliness.

Buildings and rooms are aesthetically designed and provided with all amenities required for top class living including a small freezer.

Foods were homely and delicious- both meals and snacks. Thanks to the culinary skill of Bhattacharyya. All the service staff are well behaved and friendly.

We left with an impression that the high standard that Mahulboni has set up is the ultimate in homestay sector of tourism. And we will look forward to visit again and again.

Its one of the best homestay we stayed in last 5 years . The host Mr & Mrs Basu Mallick were professional with a humane touch . The property is a class in its own , be its architecture , ambience , landscape garden , kitchen garden , pond etc . The rooms will give a nostalgic feel with all modern facilities . The food was awesome & tasty as they serve the same in Kasha r bashon . The host takes a personal care for all the guest . We have a memorable stay over there & I wish them best of luck . Leaving a strong recommendation for all to have a feel of classy hospitality with a homely atmosphere .
