Super OYO Capital O Hotel Hiland International Near Acropolis Mall

The hotel location is in the heart of town.
Good for couples. rooms are tidy including toilets.
Room service is good and lunch, dinner are available at reasonable rate.
Negative points-
1. Rooms are a bit small though good for couples, not for family trip.
2. Get ready to pay extra penny while check in.
3. Staffs are good but they are good stalkers.

Zero '0' star for this pathetic hotel for their rather hooliganistic service and atitude.
Stepping into this hotel is the worst experience ever in my life. Right from the moment I interacted with front desk guys, they have started their highly rude behaviour. Even after booking and paying in full in advance, they denied me check in and charged more than Rs 2500/- extra. To add to this, they even refused to give a receipt for the payment. Just average food, rude and unprofessional service and stuff, they made our (me, my wife and my 6 months old infant) stay at their hotel a nightmare. I got so scared for the safety that even I had to inform police (of my native place) as a caution regarding our stay at the hotel. I recommend everybody not to come to this hotel. The location is very nice and there are so many good hotels nearby which are actually worth staying. In the review section, I can see similar similar experience faced by others. But these guys are simply uncivilized enough to be polite and professional.

Worst attitude of the staffs. We had to travel really long under the extreme heat and were suddenly asked us to pay INR1200 as there would be no booking at the rates offered by the app. They fed us with rubbish about their altercation with OYO and denied us admission. The staffs were disgruntled to the brim and had extreme apathy towards guests and were impossible to talk to. Will never recommend looking for it to anyone.

Cons:
1. They don't care about the rate you've booked rooms online. They won't allot any rooms below their own standard price.
2. The receptionist here is on next level ego. Very rude. He behaves like the whole property belongs to his father.
3. Awful service. They clearly denied us cutlery because we didn't order food from their own restaurant.
They won't even bother to ask for room cleaning until you call them and ask yourself.
4. OVERCHARGE:- These people don't let go of one opportunity to loot you. They charge ₹30 for a litre bottle of water. They won't even tell you that there's also an option for regular water, which is just as fine.
5. Few rooms had this lock problem. Rooms won't lock from outside easily until pulled hard.
6. The food here was also average. Compared with the price charged, the quantity of food was very less.

One of worst hotels across the city . The manager at night shift was so rude,as if he owns the property. At first they are marketing themselves at discounted prices of 600-800 @ Goibibo website . Once customers book hotel , they won’t give any rooms untill you pay 2k .They’re fraudsters

price wise it is good. but no customer service. food was not good. do not book breakfast and dinner both. as hotel will give you only one thing either dinner or breakfast. also test less

Oyo company is a cheater company. I booked this hotel through agoda (oyo) and at arrival, the hotel denied to give me the room with booked price. It was almost 10.00 PM and the hotel ask an extra amount to check-in in the hotel. Even i paid the extra money, they did not give me bills and even breakfast which was in the booking criteria. I paid the money online to the manager of the hotel. The hotel is not paying GST and even not canceling the contract with OYO. It is a mixed approach of the two companies to make money and fool the customers. Pls. do not book through OYO. Very poor service and behaviour of the hotel staff and customer care of OYO.
