Vamoosetrail

One of my worst travel experiences by booking with Vamoose Trail. I had initially booked at Bishesh Homestay in Sittong with confirmed booking from 24-26 May 2022. But they changed my accommodations to some other homestays called Orange Valley homestay.

But actually when I reached Sittong, I came to know that the homestay is not Orange Valley but Kanchan Homestay.

We had to face a lot of harassment at the incapable and inefficient services provided by Vamoose Trail.

We were forced to change our accommodations again from Kanchan Homestay to Prathana Homestay in another location for one night.

Moreover, when we wanted to check out from Prathana Homestay, the owner of Kanchan Homestay told me that Vamoose Trail didn’t pay them. It caused a lot of in unnecessary chaos and harassment again during check out.

I would recommend everyone not to book your tours or trips with this fraud travel agency.

Please stay away !!! A fraud website and fraud service provider for hotel bookings. They do not even pass the booking confirmation and payment details to the hotel and customer and no receipts provided either. We had to deal with and request the hotel owner personally to provide us the room as the vamoose trail didn't book our room properly.

Seems a fraud website and service provider.

FRAUD COMPANY.

STAY AWAY!!

They take the money... and then cancel your booking.

You can keep calling them, but they never pick up!
