ICONIC Hotel Digha

Rooms are nice and spacious. Have a decent size balcony, washroom was clean and have geyser. Ac was working nicely.
Best part is the service..all the members from iconic was super active and prompt.
Food specially THALI was good but quantity of other side dishes are very measured.So if you are planning to share 1 plate with your partner then you need to think twice. I mean you have to order food per head count.

The hotel is 1.2km far from sea beach so if you are travelling by car then it's not an issue.

service was really good. They coordinated a lot. Budget friendly hotel with spacious rooms. only ground floor rooms are little compacked. rest all are good. But the best part was the food price here and the quality was just awesome.

Overall the experience of staying in the hotel was good. Hotel staffs are good and well behaved. Foods are good at reasonable price. Even they allow us to stay in our room 45 mins extra after the check out time. But reasons of giving 4 star are:-1. Many travellers had mentioned in there review that the hotel is just 10 mins walking distance from the sea beach but actually it is not. To go to beach and come back to hotel you have to hire electric rickshaws specially if you are traveling with child which will cost around Rs 120 to and fro.2. Restaurant in the hotel is not operational all time. If you want to have food in hotel then you have to place your order in well advance or you will not get the food. Even you order a cup of tea at late evening you will not get the same.3. As being a new hotel so it is unknown to many auto and electric rickshaw drivers. You have to guide them to reach the hotel.But overall experience of staying in the hotel with family is good.Well behaved and cooperative staffs.

Per night room cost are slightly on higher side as per the room space and basic amenities are less, room service is not up to the mark, few stafs are literally pathetic, hotel staff might get start a fight with you at any point in time. Eg. If you ask for extra blanket or bed sheet. Food and tea is good but you need to give your order within the time or the cook and kitchen staff get furious on you and might attack you :). Kitchen courtesy needs to be followed by the customer because timing is too specific and staffs are too time specific. In this hotel stafs are less customer centric but customer needs to be more hotel etiquette centric. Altogether I am not at all happy with the services lack of management and staffs attitude.. thanks

Decent hotel. Food is good. Location a little far from beach. Lift does not function always.

Nice hotel nice room. Room service & food very good but one thing the hotel & the distance between sea beach is 2.5 to 3 km

This hotel is situated in New Digha, near helipad. It is a pocket friendly hotel very well managed by a bunch of young people. Each & every employee of this hotel are very polite & well behaved. The best part of this hotel is it's kitchen & dining hall. You will get best quality food here with a pocket friendly price. They do surve fresh food always. The swiming pool is also very well maintained.

The only cons is , the hotel is situated 15 min walking distance from the new digha sea beach, though autos & totos are always available for transport.

Overall it was a nice experience staying there from 25th Dec - 28 th Dec. Will definitely recommend the place to my family & friends in near future. 😄

Rooms are okk..not soo good...but bedsheets pillow covers and blankets were very very dirty..we complained but they didn't change..
Hotel is 2.5 km from New digha sea Beach..
Swimming area and pool facilities are nice...
Food items are normal ,quantity is poor,they serve cold breakfast..only panner items are tasty..
We stay 30th December to1st January here..
