good experience and was very budget friendly as well with very good clean rooms and good service. Food was also good compared to most hotels. The host had a great behavior and even my mom had a problem with her leg so helped us move to the 1st floor as well.

One of the best places i have stayed in at West Bengal. Hospitality is way too good. People should learn how to run a hospitality business from them. The food is way too good and the occasional tribal show in the evening adds such a beautiful charm to the place. We went there with our pet dog and we were provided a suite to stay. The room were very tidy and clean. The location is a bit difficult to locate but it's worth it. They have their own transportation which you can opt for to tour Jhargram and neighbouring places. Also Tiger (their dog) was so friendly and playful, we had a overall great stay. I would highly recommend this place for your stay.

The property location is fairly good few blocks away from main road, rooms are clean and decent. But PURELY based on my experience, I cannot recommend this stay just because of unprofessional practices followed by hotel management crew. If anyone plan to stay here, would recommend to double check if the property has been rented out for any social function during stay. The hotel management has zero care for the well-being of other boarders especially senior citizens. To my surprise, the staffs are shockingly inconsiderate and entertains extreme noise levels during these occasions without any regards to health conditions after repeated complaints.
EXTREMELY POOR ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF AND UNEXPECTED FROM A HOTEL WHICH IS RATED 4.3 OUT OF 5.
