Stay was good located between Mallroad and Mallital. Cheap & best stay in front to lake. Room was clean though the Manager is a bit rude but overall all the facilities at the hotel was good Kitchen and pantry operated with limited capacity but u get warm water instantly and fresh food at prior order.

very good, quick service and. only one problem I can see that the non veg food taste is not very well. otherwise each and everything amazing, hotel is on Mall road. good location, lake and mountains are visual from the hotel. looking safe. staff is very good

The location of the hotel is very good but the room and service need improvement , as the television is still in the old type, and the bathroom does not have a shower. Rest Over All Experience is awesome.
Charges of room are high as compared to the amenities provided by them. Lake facing room was provided to us but there was no fan in any of the rooms (they neither use normal fans, table fans or air conditioner)

Views of Nani lake is amazing. Clouds over this lake adds beauty in the scenery. The hotel is in front of the lake. Service was good. Room sizes are good. The staff was helpful.

I loved the hotel nd it's location is awesome as it is on mall road nd have lake view. Staff bhisham was very good nd very cooperative.. Clean room, room service also so good nd on time, beds are comfortable,

The staffs of the hotel are annoying & constantly ask customers to order food from them. Let me share a detailed review of the hotel. I stayed here with my family for 4 days. Pros- 1. The location is prime. It's just 50 m away from mall road. The 50 m road is steep but I won't complain as many hotels has more steep road than 50 m than this hotel. After the steep road, you can book room in ground floor with no view but no stairs or you can go to higher floors with lake view. Lake view is good from 2nd floor. Most Nainital hotels on mall road either has uphill steep road or many stairs. Some has both. I would say this 50 m steep uphill road is actually much less when compared to most hotels. Some hotels that are situated just on the side of mall road with no uphill steep road or many stairs will be priced much more than this. After just climbing down 50 m you will be on the centre of mall road. It's very close to zoo shuttle point. Nainital has several boating points & one of them is just on opposite side of the road after you come down 50 mt. Several good restaurants are close by. Location is superb. Cons Sadly except location nothing is good in this hotel. Rooms are okay. Bathrooms are big & clean. 1. The main issue is that their hotel rooms don't have geysers. The taps will bring hot water from 7.45 to 10.30 in the morning. If 3 or 4 people are in 1 room & have planned to leave hotel rooms early & explore outside, then it is a problem. As hot water comes after 7.45, no one can bath before that in winter. Now if 3 or 4 people are sharing only 1 washroom so it will take time for 4 people to use washroom & get ready to leave the hotel room. If you are planning to go outside early, you can't because of this. If you need hot water early & ask the hotels staffs they will refuse to give you hot water early. Also if one has to excrete late at night or early in the morning he has to do with icy chilled water which is a problem. If you have an early flight or train to catch you will have to go without bath. This hotel is not cheap either. Earlier Nainital hotels didn't have geyser but now many hotels have geyser in this budget. We met fellow tourists in Nainital & in train while returning from Nainital. Most said their hotels had geyser. 2. Now the most annoying thing is their staff asking constantly to order food from their hotel only. They repeatedly come & say order from us, you won't need to go eat outside, our hotel has excellent food. On the first 2 days we wanted to eat outside & explore eating places in Nainital. They asked us repeatedly to order from them. Even on 1st day when we were leaving hotel to go outside to explore, they caught us near main gate & asked us to order food from them & not to eat outside. We checked in at 7 pm & this was the 3rd time they asked us to order from them. The food they give is fresh & tasty. Quantity is good too. Mostly we ate various kinds of parathas from them & they were great. But everything isn't available. We wanted Veg Thali 1 day. They don't have any thali. You have to order separately for each item. Rice, simple dal (not dal fry that costs more) & potato fry (not french fries, simple alu bhaja) for 1 person cost 300. It's too much. The quantity is slightly more but it's not so much that you can share it with someone. If you are ordering rice for 3 persons you have to order 3 plates, 2 plates won't be enough. There can be some rice left for the 4th person to eat but the 4th person has to order something else too. So the quantity is slightly more but you can't share. We decided not to order the next meal from them but to eat outside. They kept on asking us what's the problem? Why won't we need food from them for the next meal? Has something happened? It's annoying. Why order from them when Veg Thali is available at only 130 at Nainital Bara Bazar in good & standard restaurants? Also they don't have every item written on their menu. We asked for momos, manchow soup & they never had them.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights and the stay at hotel palace was very peaceful. It is a wonderful place to stay with family.We would like to thank the owner for his humble attitude towards his guests.We loved the stay at the hotel

I would only say the owner of hotel mr manish is very genuine very calm and very nice person. I lost my keyboard there in room but he delivered on my address. He helped me for other things also. Iam very thankful to manish.
